What you may not be aware of is that he routinely changes business names and has used such names as: Statewide Custom Millworks, Grand Cabinets, Grand Cabinets and Design, Grand Custom Cabinets, and Kitchen Design.  He has been repeatedly sued since at least 2007 for breach of contract (See https://odyssey.tarrantcounty.com/default.aspx and seacrh by party for "Arnold Benson").  In Tarrant County Justice of the Peace Court alone, he as been sued 4 times since 2007 - and chances are good many victims choose not to sue since Arnold owns nothing of value that can be taken in a judgment.  He leases his office space (from a leasing company who continues to lease to him despite his past dealings and arrests) at 2129 S. Great Southwest Parkway, Suite 315 in Grand Prairie, Texas.  During his "business" with me, Arnold used the following phone numbers to contact me: 817-714-4248,  972-773-9769, and 214-282-7142.  He used the email address statewidecustommillworks@yahoo.com.

I was introduced to Arnold by a contractor I had used for several small remodeling projects who knew I wanted to do some kitchen work. One of his impressive selling points is a person claiming to be a former customer of Arnold's let us into their home to show off his kitchen work.  This was so effective I ignored several obvious warning signs (including too good to be true pricing) and failed to adequately research him online first.  Once I hired him, he destroyed my kitchen and then offered excuse after excuse after excuse of why work wasn't being done and asking for more money.  If you are like me and only finding this post AFTER you hired him, I'm sorry for you; but that money is gone.  Cut your losses now.  Hopefully by linking together all the reports I have found (too late for me) with the various business aliases and phone numbers, I can save somebody else from the experience I went through.
