Arnold trasportation company Delayed worksman comp claim of broken right wrist due to fall on ice covered lot Jacksonville, Florida

On January 21 2014 I was hurt from a fall on ice resulting in fracture of right wrist and dislocation of same . I was instructed to continue my run in bad weather ice snow covered roadways which resulted in this truck returning to home some 19 hrs later with same broken wrist which was not seen at any  medical facility until the next day.  safety was informed as well as workmanship comp personal at Arnold but doctors evaluation of wrist had to have surgery and bone fused ASAP. Arnold did not clear this procedure until 30 days latter wich resulted in the wrist setting in a deformed state and had to be rebooked and pinned with plate and screws. to this day I am not fully healed and 2worksman comp checks were delayed as well resulting in some  being sent for collections. Arnold was called about this many time with no phone callbacks or no contacts for nearly another mth. they area a joke and do as they please with no concern for the drivers which are injured. this company tries to hide the acident reports as not to pay out the high dividends to there insurance a carriers.  And also are working together to give any injured worker the lease amount they can. Do not let them ful u with there we'Ll take care of it claims as they sure wil sweeping u under the rug as they did too me.  I have sinned hired a lawyer in my home state and have gotten some results. But a workmanship comp report was not even sent to my home state for payments of claims which they were tiring to hide.  I am in litigation with my lawyer here and wil update when I can. Don't let them do this to u Cause they are only out for them selfs and have no feelings for there employees.   Be safe out there. And thanks for reading this    .....
