Aurora Capital John Lucido Manipulated and deceived by this broker Rocky Point New York

To all who work with this broker or so-called lender,

First and foremost he claimed he was a direct lender for a hard money purchase in which i wanted to borrow 50%LTV on a multi-family duplex. After charging me a due diligence fee of $7200 he shopped the deal for an additional 2 months before finally admitting he couldnt fund it. I then referred him to someone who I heard could get the deal closed. John then began working with the other lender to get the deal closed. To my dismay he charged me an additional 4 points outside of the closing and claimed that the lender wouldnt allow him to get paid on the deal. Well at least I was able to close it and get funded to finish my product. For anyone who has the unfortunate pleasure of working with this broker claiming to be a lender run!!!! as far away and as fast as you can.
