Arrows Incorporated Shoppers Lottery received in mail with check to cover the expense of collecting my prise London, CanadaLondon British Columbia

I received a letter stating I was the winner of a SHOPPING LOTTERY along with a check for $4700.00. The mail stating I won $200,000 dollars in a prize.
My name was picked from 500,000 names from selected stores in North America, Walmart, Sears, Kmarts, etc.

They ask you not to cash the check until you call your claim agent for proper directions. Then they want you to pay the government /bond fees of $2,980.00, payable at any western union or money gram. After that I would receive my remaining check for $195.300.

I did not called the number because I knew this was a scam I had seen before with different contacts, phone number, and a different company name.

The claim agents name is Jeff Phillips, Nicole Anderson promotion manager.

Phone number they are currently using is 905-782-4700.
