ARS legal They threaten you. Unknown, USA Internet

 So I get a call at 9:30am from a blocked call. I answer it and it's a woman claiming to have legal documents for me. I ask her what they are for and she says it's a pending check fraud case filled in sonoma county. I freak out and she said that if I don't get the documents by today I will get a failure to appear and could have an arrest warrant issued. I aks who the plaintiff is she said it was ARS leagal? ODD, if it was a criminal case it would have been people v. myself. So I went online used the case number she gave me didn't exist, looked under my name for pending cases none. So I call ARS at ext. 208 and low and behold the woman sounds like the same woman who was the "process server". She starts talking and I try to tell her what's going on and she won't stop talking so I said Hey be quite for a minute so I can tell you what's going on she then hung up on me. So I called back and she answered and called me a beligerant b*****d and hung up the phone. I then got a text from my friend saying some one called looking for me about they need to deliver legal documents for a criminal check fraud case. I then called my dad and he recieved the same call. so not only are they lying to me about a check fraud case they are defaming my character with my friends and family that I am a criminal!. So I called back again and informed her I was notifying the California Attorney General's office and the Federal Trade Commission and she called me an idiot that they didn't call me and I was stupid and to not call them again. If this happens to you call an attorney and the government athorities.
