ARS Services LLC Performed a jobs on 03/16/2015 and 04/28/2015 at a Patient Point location to the customer satisfaction. Since that time I have yet to receive payment for services performed on their behalf. Can't reach anyone there. Every number I have called goes to voice mail with no one returning my calls. I will not be doing anymore jobs for this company. Beware of them. Albuquerque New Mexico

I have submitted two invoices to ARS Service, LLC and have yet to be paid. They stated a cash flow problem and I would be paid shortly. That was two week ago, Now I can't reach anyone to discuss the matter. No one calls me back. Will someone please help resolve this issue.

He was probably told, as I was, that it was n30. So it's not true that all of your contractors are told the terms are n45. In fact, I was told that even though it was n30, I would most likely be paid sooner than that. As of this posting it has been 46 days since I submitted my first two invoices, and 42 days since I submitted the 3rd. Both are now overdue from what I was told (n30). What's worse than not paying when they say they will is the way they completely avoid your phone calls once the work as been completed and cop an attitude if you do get them on the phone.

They know most techs won't want to wait a month and a half to get paid so they lie to them and tell them they'll get it within 30 days. Then they give you the run around when you try to inquire about your payment.  Like the poster said, most of the time the calls go to voicemail and nobody ever calls you back. If you happen to get lucky enough to have someone answer, they will tell you what they think you want to hear and nothing will pan out.  

When it was time to do the work, they were oh so accomodating and available for questions. As soon as the work is done and you want to inquire about when you can expect to get paid? Crickets.

Do NOT waste your time with this outfit, they are extremely unprofessional in the way they treat their contractors. If they contact you just hang up on them.

 You have never once paid my company within your quoted NET45 terms.

 Mr Tillman, as are all of our contractors, was made fully aware of our N45 terms after receipt of their invoice in advance of him being contracted for these jobs.  These terms are posted in all of our contracting documents.  The March payment of $100 he refers to had been mailed to him prior to his posting of his complaint.  Admittedly it was late as were our payments from our customers.  His second payment has been mailed as of today, four days early of its due date.

ARS Services values it's relationship with its vendors.  We never like to be late with our payments but sometimes it is unavoidable.  Being late with a payment, in my mind, does not constitute a "Ripoff".  Not being paid at all is a Ripoff and all ARS Contractors have always been paid, albeit late at times.
