Art institute of California - Los Angeles Falsely gave program information to acquire admission to school Santa Monica California

 This school is a JOKE!  My son enrolled last august , they told him to start the online english and math classes before the in school classes start in September. 

There was only one course online.  He finished that then they withdrew him from the school saying he didn't complete the two courses.  I then called the school, got him enrolled again because I told them they need to check their webmaster because it was only one course on there.  When setting up his classes, we discovered that the course he was enrolled to take did not lead to the course he wanted to take.

  He wanted to take Audio production.  His math test wasn't good so the admissions person had told him that he can take the video production class and in a semester he can move into the audio production.  Well everybody seemed alarmed because OMG they don't allow you to swith courses.

  Once you sign up for that course that's all you can take.  I was LIVID.  I talked to the Dean of the school and he said that admissions process if not how they do things and that he would talk to the President of the school and will give me a call.  Well a couple of weeks passed and he never called. 

I called the school and finally spoken to him.  He stated that they will remove that one class from his record and cancel the other and the money will be refunded to the school.  So since I hadn't heard anything from them I assumed it was taken care of.   But NOOOO! my son just received a Stipend check.  So after many phone calls discover the school DID NOT refund all the money. 

So now there is appros 3K owned from parent loan and stafford loan.  I am pissed.  Called the Dean several times and no call back...Now I'm gonna have to take them to court.   Absolutely Ridculous!!
