ART PLATFORM NYC twice charged my credit card fraudulantly.  They charged my card without ever notifying me and without my authorization. When I saw the unauthorized charge on my statement first time, I demanded the credit, I got it. Yet, few months later, the same tactic repeated itself - quetly charging my card. I put the second charge into dispute with my credit card company, I won it - but it took time.  Fraud.

The promissed article about me that was supposed to appear at the beginning of my representation back in March has never been written. it is stiil in works after 5 months. Despite the fact that I have provided right away all answers to 14 questions asked.  It is still not written in July.  Every time I have inquired, I was told: 'it will be ready in two weeks', 'next week'...  Since, I prepaid $950 for my represetation, and it included this article - they have failed to do so in a timely manner..  Faiedl to deliver.

I have never either received the "VISUAL THOUGHT: Art & Expression" - a hard-back art book promised to me in our comtract  (published by Art Platform NYC as it states in the Artist Project Agreement and Contract).  I have written twice to their Managing Editor & Curator, but received no response to my inquiery.  Failed to supply a promised product.

I also have written twice to the Managing Editor & Curator, asking for the list of services they have provided to me over past 5 months for which  I have prepaid $950 - No list was provided.

I am putting into a dispute with my credit card company the original $950 charge as the services provided were not delivered.
