Art Van Furniture Liars Crap Decit Garbage Curt Warranty Warren Michigan

When shopping for a new couch I was choosing between two very different models, similar in price. The sales person sold me on a faux leather powered sectional. Telling me it was stronger than leather and longer lasting.  I purchased a sectional and 5 year extended warranty from Art Van in 2012. Of course the warranty required me to clean and condition at least two times a year per the instructions. This is my very first brand new couch I have been diligent in following these simple instructions. Six weeks after receiving the couch a cushion was replaced because stitching was coming undone. At the time I complained about a arm not right and exposed wood in the center of the love seat. Neither are covered by my warranty. The back of the seat started peeling. I was told that was due to neglect by one technician.

Another told me no he can tell I have taken very good care of my couch, but I must have spilled something there. Which has voided the warranty of that particular piece. Now the seat and consol are peeling in that same chair. They told me as a courtesy they would replace it. The parts would take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive as they were available. About 10 days later I received a call telling me I would not be getting it replaced due to the fact the parts weren't available any longer. I explained that was the most used part of the couch and had nothing to do with conditioning. It was an inferior product. The rude lady told me that would be considered excessive use which would also void my warranty. The aggregation goes on and on. I asked to speak to a manager and he was in a meeting and still haven't heard from him.
