Don't not offer any projects to Art Zulu. Lora Flaugh is running a ponzi scheme. She will promise you anything to get your money to start your project. She couldn't deliver it on time and will request more fund from you. Apparently, she has few pending small claim court cases and desperatly needed money. Make sure you google or investigate her background and don't trust her references. She has couple of friends/clients that she work with willing to provide a good reference to her. Be aware of her and don't let her rip you off.
