Mr Warsing was cour ordered to pay child support 11 years ago, after failing to do so on his own. He has worked for cash (under the table) to avoid paying child support. He has failed to even keep contact with 11 year old daughter. There has been a bench warrant issued in the county of Butler, Pennsylvania for failure to appear/contempt of court.
Mr Warsing has been known to reside with various family members, including: Alexandra Zulick--his mother, Julie Gavula--his grandmother, John Warsing-father, in Florida. He is married to Racquel (or Raquel) Krapf Warsing and they have at least 2 children together; one is named Jullian (or Julian).
Mr Warsing has paid child support only at times he is picked up on the bench warrant and has to pay the required $400 to get out of jail. He held a job at one time with a Railroad compay, only until his wages were garnished.
At this time, he is approximately $35,000 in arrears. I have never received an intercepted tax return and to the best of my knowledge, his drivers license was returned after he paid one of his $400 fines to get out of jail.
He has worked, in the past for a railroad, doing concrete work, and in Florida with a company under the name of Jim Taylor.

Vince, you may want to enlighten your estranged wife as to history of Mr. Warsing! I had to drive up to PA, from Tennessee in July because he filed a petition to modify the child support order! He wanted to pay less money. My question was, "how can you pay less than nothing?" The funny part was, he showed up with no documents and they reinstated the old order after giving him a chance to go and gather the previously requested documents (tax returns--yeah right!) The only money I have received in 12 years now, is cash that was collected each time he gets picked up and sent to jail. Ask your estranged wife if she really wants to spend her life (or even a small fraction of it) with such a man that cannot even send his 12 year old daughter a birthday or Christmas card. I just got a letter last week from Domestic Relations. It was a copy of a letter from his attorney--she fired him for showing up unprepared and failing to act on an order of the court. I wish I had space here to give more details, but I think you get the picture. I thank my lucky stars he is out of my life, and my daughter's too. I don't know how old your kids are, but you may want to call into question whether or not you want them around an abusive alcoholic with a long criminal history. He has a criminal record in PA, GA, I think also in FLA, possibly TN. He has been in psych hospitals and rehabs, Good Lord!!! Thank you for getting me away from him! I have a beautiful, loving daughter that has grown up without a father, but in this case I do believe she will be better off.
