I went and to transfer a boat and trailer i traded for my bike. he first could not give me amount he kept saying i need more money he charged tax when it was even trade. part on transfer was 15.00 marked on paper he charged me 22.50 then for boat i still had to go to aaa to finish transfer he charged me 100 and didnt even send paperwork through . so i paid double to have boat transferred because i had 2 pay aaa also i called he hung up on me and will not answer now i need help
