Arthur Smith Trucking, Crooks, Thiefs, Liars morrisdale Pennsylvania

 worked for these crooks for about 2 months, truck broke down second week of may, 2013. spoke with thief owners kerri and ken kimmel and was told they didn't want me to quit because i did a good job for them. unknown to me is that i was to receive a paycheck on the 17th of may and never received it. finally obtained a loan to pay for repairs and all of a sudden they were calling wanting the trailer back, i told them that i never told them i was quitting and asked where was my paycheck and they said i never faxed them the paperwork when i know i faxed it the night of the 10th of may. i overnighted the paperwork the next day and waited a week and a half and still no check! when i called to ask about it they told me i had a check for $210.32 coming and i had ran over $4,800.00 worth of loads for them. kerri kimmel had the nerve to leave me messages stating they were going to report the trailer stolen if i did not tell them where i parked the trailer, but when i asked about my paycheck i got no answer!!! never paid a overweight ticket that they were supposed to pay, now i can't go back into the state of virginia until it's paid!! these people are nothing but thiefs, liars and crooks! dispatcher paul is a crook too!! told me when i started that he doesn't book loads for under $2.67 a mile and all he tried to dispatch me on was cheap loads!!! please beware of these people, paul, kerri and ken will smile in your face and if your truck breaks down they will leave stranded and broke!! and steal your last paycheck by making up excuses!!! beware!! they are no good!!!
