Artisan Comfort ripoff Knightdale North Carolina

I received a flyer in the mail for a half off system check up. I called the lady seemed nice enough. They showed up 2 hours late I was not pleased at this since it was my day off and I missed an appointment. But they were there it was supposed to take less than 1 hour.

At first the man did all the talking he was smelling like a french wh*re I was skeptical to say the least. They went outside to check unit 10 minutes later she came in and said they would need to change thermastat. I told her to go ahead. As she walked through my formal living room she lost her balance and fell over my end table. She was a very short fat round girl I tried to give her a hand, but she refused and got angry. I noticed she had gotten mud on boots while outside I asked her to please wipe them off on the entrance welcome mat outside. As she waddled out the door I heard her call me a f a-hole. I had my limit I called the office number to speak to a manager. As I was calling from the study I heard them enter my house and a cell phone was ringing, you guessed it waddling fat girl answered " Artisan Comfort Systems"

I asked who owned this company she answered we do. I said to the man I believe it is time for you two to leave. She went into a rage calling me a "stuck up mf" she got up in my face and her breath stunk of stale beer. He tried to calm her calling her "Lori sweetheart". She told him to mind his own spinelesss business.

I called the security guards at the gate. The guards arrived within two minutes. They told them both "one more word you are going to jail". As they escorted them into their unmarked green pick up truck they noticed at least twenty beer bottles in the bed of the truck. I told the guard I did not want to be bothered with wasting anymore time filing charges.

I did find out from guards they called sherrifs dept. and did not get three blocks out of our community when they got pulled over. I soon realized my heat did not work anymore so I called a reputable company from phone book explaining my situation. They arrived in under one hour. I was talking to the clean uniformed tech that arrived as we talked we walked out to my unit. He said knew of David and Lori Ellis the two from Artisan Comfort and this was not the call he had to go behind them and fix things.

They were previously under investigation for sabotaging peoples systems so the customer would have to buy a new one. The panels were already taken off by David Ellis from Artisan Comfort. As he started looking through it I held his flashlight and I saw with my own eyes David was rewiring my unit to fail my color coded wires were cut and twisted to the wrong color wires. He fixed them up good as new and again I had heat. I signed a three year service agreement with this fine tech. and he waived the service charge apologized for the inexusable unprofessional behavior of Artisan Comfort.

As he was finishing his coffee he told me that a few years back the local news trouble shooter did a series HVAC ripoffs and David Ellis who was at the time an employee of Woodcrest Heating and Cooling got caught over billing for services not rendered. Yes this exact guy made the news. He has been doing these ripoff techniques for years.

OK I will bet you are ready for the rest of the story, Turns out Woodcrest Heating and Cooling is owned by Mario Leonard who is a leader of the Jehovah's Witnesses, David Ellis is also a Jehovah's Witnesses and is a member of the same exact congregation. Mario nearly lost his lic. over the news ripoff report. He did not fire David as he should have. A short time later David forced Mario to sign off on his required hours and some how passed his test and got his own lic.

Then David went to the same exact contracts Mario was working and stole a large portion of Marios work from him. Now David is also a leader at Jehovah's witnesses. Yes the witnesses saw nothing wrong with Davids back stabbing behavior, dishonest business practices, and instead decided he was management material. So now you know what the ever so polite well dressed people knocking on your door to tell you about the good news of Gods kingdom do to earn or more appropriately scam a living. "Gods chosen people" seems more like they are working for the other side to me. Decide for yourself. And stay away from Artisan Comfort and Jehovah's Witnesses. What a bunch of scammers.
