Artistic event services Artistic Event Services Took our money and never gave us our photo package Internet

Hired this company for our wedding pictures in September of 2009.    They took our money up front, approx. $2000.00.  They led us on until around January saying they are in process of our package.   Since then, they do not return e-mails, answer their phone, anything.    It is now July 2010, and we have not received a single product of our wedding package.  

Now that this is happening I have done some research and am not the first person they have done this to.   They have also opened up another business "Heights Drive in" in Dearborn, Michigan for those that have no way of finding Ben and Nicole Walling (owners of Artistic Wedding Photos a.k.a. Artistic Event Services).   These people are not to be trusted and all I want is the wedding package that we paid for!  

Need help in determining best course of action to get our photographs / wedding album from these scammers.   They will not return messages or answer the phone so I can't even contact them.
