Artistry in Aggregate Crappy work- "sealing" aggregate patio, porch, sidewalk Grayslake Illinois

We hired this company for $1400 to seal our aggregate patios, walkway and porch.  They claimed the sealer they used would last 3-4 years. They did a very crappy job.  When the job was completed it looked good.  Within two weeks we started to notice some spottiness and that it did not look like it was sealed at all.  We contacted the company and they said they would come and take a look.  They never came out.  The contract states that there is a one year warranty for all work.  They said there is nothing they can do about the terrible result.  Now, they won't even return our phone calls.  Do not hire this company.  They claim to have been in business for years and that they are the best.  Obviously they are not.

I wish that we did not pay with a check so I could dispute the charges. Such a rip off!
