I go married in March 2005 in LaPlace. Due to the fact this was a second wedding, we were trying to stay in our budget. Michelle fit the budget that we needed. So, we made an appointment with her.

I know of people who had used her and said she did good work but not fancy work. That was ok with us.

We made a deposit on the package that we had picked and paid her in full before the wedding.

On the day of the wedding she showed up late at the hotel and took my husband pictures next to a file cabinet. I felt that she rushed through all of the pictures because she had another wedding to do around the corner.

We received the proof box on the time that the contract stated. Our family and friends picked their pictures and gave us their money. We then placed our order for the package and the pictures that we wanted. Two years has almost gone by and we have not received any pictures but she has our money.

We know that she lives in Florida and is registered through the PPA and we have placed a complaint through them. She has cancelled all of her cell phone numbers and is no longer accepting mail.

We have never heard from her again. We are looking for anyone help.
