Arushie Bridal Couture Jo Jo and Beverly Jo Jo and Beverly Sydney, Nationwide
saw the dress and instantly fell in love with the dress. Arranged a time to view the dress
Sample dress has been available for arushie Bridal customers for over 3 years and was sold a week after she signed the contract. She was unable have resonable time with the original sample dress so that she can compare.
Failed to give her a copy of the dress image at request.
JoJo and Beverly failed to provide invoices at request she made payments and did not receive invoices on several occasions. He took her money and denied payment. He go caught for dodgy invoices
Jo Jo tried to charge her extra after signing the contract for the hoop. This was discussed at the time of purhcase of the hoop.
Jo Jo promised to make the exact same dress yet made a cheaper replicate and used sythetic fabric such as crystal organza and fake swarofski.
She was rushed at her fitting so that she could not view the errors in the dress, then demanded she make payment more than the required.
Colour of fabric and quality does not match sample dress
Used cheaper fabric such as organza instead of silk and cheaper beading before his changes
He used plastic beading instead of swarofski
Workmanship was not like original quality standard of sample dress
Through this time she got attacked by Jo Jo, he pulled at her whist she was trying the gownd. He didnt allow her to voice her opionion on his incorrect workmanship.
Her wedding was meant to be in March and he finished the dress in june. Bullied her and tried to force her to have another date ready for him after she had no other choice but to cancell her wedding
She attended more than the required fittings
Jo Jo Did not finish the dress by wedding date. Her wedding had to be cancelled.
Bridal failed to fix the dress to the original agreement made. He promised a refund then later rejected it. He mislead her again
It was clearly not what she ordered, looks like it was remade in another country
She wanted a sweat heart dress and he made the dress a high cut. When she questioned him, he stated that because of her culture he made the dress a high cut.
Original sample of dress was not provided at request to compare.
Arushie bridal made changes without consent
Refused to give her her money back as promised..
Discrimination against cultural background
He constatly hung up the phone when she tried to call him, to ask for proper invoices.
He tried to ruin her friendship with the her bridesmaides and fiance and stated that they called her horrible names on their behalf. Her fiance is not going to choose the dressmaker over his wife to be.
Still has not provided her dress and accessories for the dress. It is now December and still playing games.
He has taken her life savings for the dress clost to $6000 and he tried to request for more money, it was not enough for him.
What a nightmare!
