I very much sympathize with you. This "Brooke" person comes across as a real snide person. But of course, she is a "Mangager" Not only does this "Brooke" person basically state what you're saying is untrue, this "Brooke" person specifically states and I quote "AS an employee of ASAP Models, with full access to payroll records, I can attest that we have never NOT paid a model unless she/he did not show up for the job, was extensively late, etc..." which I consider slander.

If I were you Rachael I'd also file a BBB, C of C and a Consumer Affairs Complaint. The Consumer Affairs Complaint will stay on ASAP Models (In Chicago) business records for 5 years. Name This "Brooke" person specifically in your reports as well.

I have been employed with ASAP Models for one year and I have never been witness to any talent not being paid. I am a Talent & Event Mangager here at ASAP Models in Chicago.

I ocassionally work promotions for ASAP Models and have always been paid promptly. ASAP Models does not wait for the client to pay them--they pay their talent before getting paid by the client.

We come across models in this business all the time who are unprofessional, picky, unreliable, and who just don't understand that modeling is a JOB not a hobby.

This "Rachel" person, from what I can gather from my experience, is probably an individual who didn't get exactly what she wanted (a lot of models think the world revolves around them) so she reported our agency to BBB.

I can give you thousands of names of people who have never had negative dealings with ASAP Models.
