ASAP MOTORS Is one of the biggest public and known scams going on, its beyond me that no one has taken the time to organize a class action law suite agaisnt this co. And put them out of business, and evryone elses misery.

I was also scammed and lied to by seven of the most moraless and unethical people Ive ever had the displeasure of doing business with, if you can call it business and not out and out theft by fraud. On 11-01-05 I called asap motors for a Honda vetec motor for a 95 Prelude, talked with a guy who said his name was bruce, he said they had two of those motors and the ecm I was looking for too and could have it on a truck for me friday, they would email my reciept and warrentee so Ill know my motor is on the way, now on 11-04-05 my bank calls and asks about a 2,000 debit to asap, I say its ok Im buying a motor and ecm.

I wait until about the end of monday befor I call asap to find out why I hadnt been emailed my receipt and warrentee like Bruce told me would happen when asap debited the 2,000 from my bank account, a guy who said his name was Jason says, well, we had to send for one of those motors cause we didnt have one. I said Bruce told me when I called for the motor that youy had two of them right there and would have one out to me friday, the same day asap debited my account. Jason said he didnt know anything about that and he wasnt responsible for what Bruce told me when I called and spoke with him, Then I asked why asap took my money if they didnt have the motor instead of calling me and tellng me so I could buy one from another co. and Jason says, uhhhh, uhhhh its uhhh company policy, I tell him its against the law to take money for something you dont have after telling some one you do have it, its agaisnat the law to force anynone into a hold and wait posistion thru lies, deciet, and trickery, and its also against the law to denie me a bill of sale after you take my money for that sale, Jason says dont worry Ill make sure you get your reciept in the email and your motor will be here in two or three days.

Well two days turned into two weeks, no one ever did send me a receipt or warrentee, even after calling back and nagging them for it every two and three days and this gets so much worse people,,,when I did finaly get this motor two weeks later, and I started really going over it,,, first thing I noticed was the preasure plate on the clutch was nearly worn thru, second thing I noticed was this wasnt the original clutch and this one had not been installed the right way.

It takes alot of miles to wear out two clutches, it gets worse, The left tube of the exhaust header manifold was absolutly saturated with burnt oil, so I decieded to take off the valve cover and noticed alot of tool marks and paint missing around the stud holes on the valve cover, and I already knew this wasnt the low milage motor I was guaranteed on the phone when I spoke with Bruce, but I went on with my own inspection of this motor since it was obvious no one there at asap bothered to inspect it, As I was removing the valve cover, I noticed that the cover gromets werent original oem honda gromets, and one of the replacement gromets from the new set, that wasnt new either, was missing, whitch ment this valve cover had been off many many times, now I get the valve cover off and I find all the evidence I need, and Ive been working on motors for over twenty years, all the evidence I need to know that these poeple either out and out just ripped me off, or they did not even look at that motor or they would have seen exactly what I saw and came to all the same conclutions I did, that this motor is junk!!! Looking down in the cylinder head I notice two fairly new cams sitting on top of some old beat up, score marked cam and valve followers, the cam cover plates were so dinged, dented and tool marked, it looked like the top end had been taken apart several times, like it was a poroblem motor, the spark plugs were still in the motor, and not taken out and caped off like they should have been had the motor actually been inspected,and tested, and I also found two of the original valve cover gromets down inside the cylinder head.

Someone had made some attempt to partially rebuild this motor, and was an amature, and after readding everything Ive read about this company, theres no doubt in my mind that its all true, when I called 11-19-05 to tell these people about their junk motor, right away I started getting the run around and bounced around and put on hold for twenty and thirty minutes at a time, even had them pullling the phones off the hooks so couldnt call one day, I know this because I called the oporator to find out of the lines were actually being used or off the hook, they will tell you that much, this happened on a day that that I was suppose to get a phone call back on the motor from some one named Scott, after finding out Elvin didnt show up for work that day. there was another guy that suddenly turned up missing after they found out he gave me spicific information on there inspecvtions and testing so I could determine if it was actually done on this motor or not and then Elvin isisted that I take pictures of all I found and send them to him so he could see for himself and then he would get it all straightened out for me.

Then I find out this was just more crap, I send the pictures and a letter email, two people that called themselve Brett and Scott Said Elvin got the email and pictures and letter, but Elvin says he didnt, it was blank,,, come on. two people say they have already seen these pictures and Elvin says they werent there. So I spend another 15 dollars sendding all this thru the mail first class overnight so he has to sign for it, I even checked with the post office just to make sure it got there the next day, and Elvin still lies and says the pictures didnt get there til four days later.
then tells me he still needs time toook at them, and he will call ma back that day, this was just another lie, I spent the next four days trying to get Elvin back on the phone and I never did, he had one of his flunkies Bruce talking to me, and after seeing what I saw in those pictures, Elvin had the audacity to have Bruce tell me there was nothing wrong with that motor, they didnt send me a bad motor, the cowered couldnt even bring himself to tell me a bald face lie like that, he had to have some one else do it for him. I was also suppose to get a call from Dina, that never happened, like I was surprised at all.

It really is beyond my comprehention why....all of us that have been ripped off by these moraless, unethical people arent getting together to organize a class action law suite against asap motors and their little group of gangsters and theives.

I'll do what ever I can to start off this class action law suite, anyone with me????? lets get our money back people and get these theives out of the business world. They dont belong here. Ive got plenty of pictures if anyone wants to see this junk motor for themselves. This web sit will know how to contact me if any of you want to correspond thru email about this.

ASAP MOTORS pays me back, and what I did.

I finaly got asap motors to give my money back to me but it took me five months of writing complaints to Gov. agencies, doing two charge backs and a dispute, thru the cards companies, along with letter head documentation from two different businesses, stating that the motor wasnt useable, but I finaly got my money back.

It is obvious that your company is far from legitimate.

After reading the numerous reports on ASAP, it is unfathomable that all of these people are lying about your company, trying to con YOU out of something!! Is it some sort of conspiracy?

You will get more repeat business, as well as happy customers, if you take responsibility for your mistakes and stop trying to cheat people. You replies to the irate customers are laughable at best.

Take responsibility for your actions and STOP trying to cheat people. You'll be amazed how much better you feel!

P.S. The word ALTHOUGH is one word, not two as in your replies of all though.

How to beat ASAP Motors

My husband has a legal background and is strongly recommending that everyone who has filed a complaint against asap motors to call and write the attorney general of Houston.

My husband and I put extreme pressure on the attorney general and he did get our money back.

The key is to be (relentless) and keep calling and demanding the attorney general force asap out of business.

Print all the complaints from this website along with your own evidence to subit to them.

It is critical that you put pressure on your credit or debit card bank to do a complete investigation. Those institutions should work closely with the attorney general for a full credit.

Key point:

There is absolutely no restocking fee when the case involves fraud.

Again, persistence is the key.

Dina, to begin with, Im not about to pay you fruadulent advertizing gangsters 20% 0f 2,000 to restock a junk motor, nor am I paying to have a junk motor shipped back to, or to have what I was promised sent back to me, so you can forget that little scamm right now girl.

Secondly, NO ONE, AT ANY TIME, DURING ANY OF THE 26 RECORDED CONVERSAIONS, WITH ANY OF THE 7 lieING, decieving employees I talked with, ever said anything about that junk motor, as you put it, "HAVING MUCH HIGHER MILAGE ON IT BECAUSE IT WAS A USDM MOTOR, AND NOT ONE OF YOUR SO CALLED LOW MILAGE JDM MOTORS, AND THERES NOTHING ON ANY OF THOSE RECORDINGS WITH ME SAYING THAT, I WAS UN-CONCERNED ABOUT THE FACT THAT THIS JUNK MOTOR HAS MUCH MUCH HIGHER MILAGE ON IT THAN YOU FRUADULENTLY ADVERTIZED TO ME. INFACT IN EVERY ONE OF THOSE CALLS I MADE TO ASAP, I WAS COMPLAINING ABOUT THE FRUADULENT ADVERTIZING OF THAT JUNK MOTOR, AS WELL AS ALL THE LIES BEING TOLD TO ME ON AN ALMOST DAILY BASIS.

bUT NOW THAT IVE GOTTEN YOU TO ADMITT THAT YOU ARE INFACT SELLING MUCH HIGHER MILAGE MOTORS THAN YOU FRAUDULENTLY ADVERTIZE, maybe you can explain, and justify, why your selling these high milage junk motors for as much as you sell your so called low milage good motors for????? Sounds like just another rip off to me,,, another one of the many scamms you have going on there at ASAP.

Like I said, I have 26 recorded conversations with 7 of your lieing thieving employees, includding a conversation with someone who called himself Scott admitting, and confessing to me, THAT THEY DID INFACT PULL THE PHONES, SO THEY COULD GET CAUGHT UP ON WORK BECAUSE 4 PEOPLE DIDNT SHOW UP FOR WORK. WOULD YOU LIKE TO HEAR THIS CONFESSION DINA????? CALL ME, YOU HAVE BOTH MY NUMBERS.

With that junk motor and those 26 recorded phone call I made to ASAP, I can disprove just about any lie you can come up with woman, and now that I know, your no better than the rest of that lieing thieving band of gangsters there at ASAP MOTORS, you can tell YOUR BOSS, Brian McCutcheon, I will be spending any free time I have, ORGANIZING A CLASS ACTION LAW SUITE AGAINST ASAP MOTORS AND HIM. I WILL ALSO MAKE SURE TO SEND BRIAN COPIES OF ALL THE PICTURES OF THAT JUNK MOTOR, ALONG WITH THOSE 26 RECORDED PHONE CONVERSATIONS OF LIES, DECIET, AND FALSE ADVERTIZING, AND A DETAILED LETTER, TELLING WHY IM DOING ALL THIS, AND WHOS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THIS. Sir lets start with time frame you ordered a full swap from our company you were originaly ordering quoted a JDM swap with about 30k on it, you stated the unit needed to be USA only that you did not want JDM for it was going into a fifty-five thousand dollar show car. We told you at that time that if you wanted USA only that it would be a much higher mile unit, you stated you had to have USA only not JDM and that you were unconcered with miles as long as it was USA and ran good. You ordered on Nov 1st and received your merchandise on Nov 14th in Ill. I have seen the pictures the oil in the ports is very marginal and is caused by the leak down we do prior to shipping. There were no spark plugs in the motor when we receive them so none could have been left in when you received it. As to your comment about us removing phones off the hook to avoid your call that is ludicrous we have over 200 numbers that ring into our office there is no way to create a busy signal for anyone, and no one at the phone company stated the line was off the hook thats completely made up I know because it is completely impossible for us to have a busy signal. As for the rest I know you called and inquired about the oil in the ports and I know you spoke to some people in our office all though you and I have never spoke if you feel you would like to talk with me you may contact me I will be happy to speak with you. You purchased a conversion package and that means it is bought as is but I have check out the test results and they are very good and you should have no issue with that motor, but remember it is used and since you insisted on a USA it is higher miles than the original JDM you were quoted, now if you would like to return the USA and receive a JDM I would be happy to do so for you, as long as the motor has never been installed.
