ASAP Solutions is a job scam. They will hire you to do appointment setting and never pay you, as promised, for the hours you put in. You truly are "a sap" if you work for them because you will be working for free.

There is no Canadian Legal Proceedings as stated by this company, ASAP Solutions. They are just trying to scare people from filing RipOff Reports against them. As stated earlier, I am more than willing to go to Small Claims Court and have my cliaim against them legally documented so they can't do this to anyone else.

I am more than willing to go to Small Claims Court against this company. They continuously post ads on Craigslist and Kijiji for a Secretary. When you go in, it's actually a telemarketing position and they have you work the phones, promise you $12-15/an hour guaranteed pay, and then never pay you. You just never hear from them again.
If you don't believe me, you should do a Google search of Adam Brown and Dave Gold and the many incarnations of their companies, ASAP just being one of them. You will find a lot of other unhappy employees and customers. Go to the Better Business Bureau and investigate first. Unfortunately, I didn't investigate them further on the internet until after I worked for them.
