ASAP Travel Celebrity Productions Misrespresented products, sold bogus honeymoon vacation package Internet

Called about vacation fax received at work, verified package three times by three different reservation clerks.  All three said the exact same thing but when the vouchers arrived, many other charges were required prior to purchase.  We specifically asked exactly how much we were going to pay with other charges and was only advised on two.  When confronted, they said they were going to come and KILL US!  We are currently looking into legal actions to take but since our wedding is 3 months away and this was our honeymoon, we continue to call to get some or all of our money back.  They usually just hang up.  The vouchers and "activation fee" are to be sent to Celebrity Productions however they have been contacted three times as well and we have had no response.  The company that took our money from our account is Altcharge but they have no desire to try to return our funds.  IT IS ILLEGAL TO MISREPRESENT PRODUCTS OR SERVICES AND IT COST ME MY HONEYMOON!  Please, anybody, tell me what I need to do to get our money back from these horrible people.
