ASC, Wells Fargo ASC forced us into foreclosure Foley Alabama

We had our house with ASC, our payment went up by 300 a month due to their not taking out enough money for the insurance. I got behind by 2 payments and put the house up for sale. Due to an outragous prepayment penalty thaty they would not wiave we could not sell for what we owed on it. We had a contract for a short sale. We sumitted all the paperwork they told us we needed and waited.
Three months went by and they send us paperwork saying they are going to foreclose. I called and asked about the short sale , they said they never recieved the paperwork. It was sent to them again and they still said they never recieved it. To make matters worse their is apparently only 1 person there that handles short sales and she will not talk to the customers.
We were tols to pay the 2 late payments or they would foreclose. We filed for bankruptcy and gave them the house back.
What kind of stupidity banking regulations are they following there? They had the oportunity to only lose 20,000 on the house. Gut now have lost 50,000 plus their carring costs. No wonder the mortgage industry is in trouble. Wells Fargo should be ashamed for having such a disreputable branch.
