Ashburn Cleaners - Broadlands Cleaners ripoff dishonest, terrible customer service Ashburn Virginia

In July, I walked in to Broadlands Cleaners to pick up my drycleaning. The lady there couldn't find my cleaning and had me waiting 30 minutes while she took care of everyone else in line. I told her it was urgent that I get my clothing (I was picking it up a day after I was told I could) and asked if I should come back. She apologized and told me that the cleaning charges on my sweaters would be free (I had 4 sweaters cleaned along with several suits and launderered shirts). She even wrote it on my receipt and mentioned that she would update the individual working the next day. She asked if I could return the very next day and I thanked her and was on my way.

I returned to retrieve my cleaning and was told that they are not in the business to comp drycleaning and that they are there to make money. This lady even called the lady that comped my cleaning to yell at her right in front of me! The customer service is terrible and they make promises they can't keep. This lady refused to give me my cleaning unless I paid the $30 fee. The young lady that comped my cleaning wrote on my receipt to comp my sweaters and I was told by the attendant there when I picked up my cleaning that the other lady was crazy. I have no problem paying for my drycleaning, but the nastiness I received from this store was uncalled for. And they shouldn't offer to comp cleaning if they can't follow through with their promises.

Needless to say, I will never revisit these folks again.
