Ashford University, Iowa, Online Ask Help And Get Robotic Answer, Internet
I am not going to complain about the whole School as there are some
nice people there. There are many..more then I have experienced
won't take time to answer a question.
I have asked several times for the financial advisor to call.
Wait and wait!
I asked a professor this course to explain why 3 answers were wrong
and he said "based on 90 percent of the classes response, you got it wrong"
No doubt I got it wrong but I want an explanation..I want him to look
at the questions and look at my answers which came from the book
and tell me why it's wrong..He answers my second email "I already
answered your email, try to do the best with the rest of your class"
I read that professors take time with the students..NOt this one!
I have had good experiences in my other classes..But I can't say the same
with all the advisors responding. I got a run around about tax forms
I sent them..did I hear back after they hounded me and hounded me?
I don't doubt Ashford is an Excellent school..they need to take time
to answer questions and not use automatic or robotic replies.
They charge enough per credit hour!
