Ashley Furniture Homestore ripoff Damaged my property And destroyd my home office furnuture in a horror show of assembly Scottsdale Arizona

After 2 month deley in delivery and several calls finally was given a delivery window period between 8 to 4 pm. Delivery people arrived. The assembly was a show of unprofessionalism, recklessness,indifference and damage to furniture and my property walls and door. They assembled and dissembled the piece three times, kicking all over it to keep it aligned, dropping their tools on it several times, using the wall as support for furniture while violently trying to put it together. Inappropriate long screws used broke the wood on at least 4 places coming out on the other surface. All this was happening while they were laughing, speaking loud and acting inappropriate to the situation. My wife who was home alone could not believe her eyes and was frightened by the illogical way they were acting and destroying both the furniture and our walls in front of her. She did not argue with them and just let them go. Soon after this happend we called Scottsdale Ashley.

First, they told us that both managers are in a meeting then with customers. One of managers was Chris with whom we could never talk so far and the other one DELBERT. I went to store personally that evening to talk to them and inform them about this horror event. Delbert's reaction, who did not show any sense of surprise or regret told me that he can not do any thing except sending a technician in a few days. When I asked to talk to his superior, he told that he is the highest rank and that he makes all decisions. Next day I called the corporate customer service and talked to someone called Donna Rey. She told me that I filed a report and my supervisor will definitely call you within an hour. Four hours later, when after several attempts could finally talk to her againe she told me that she transferred the message to supervisor and is not sure why she did not call yet.

After doing some research regarding this company and especially this Scottsdale location, I found that there are tens of other similar complains and other people who was brought to an edge like me and my family. I have electronic photos which I can share and preserve the disaster scene. The pictures talk for themselves. I am for punitive action against this company/location so other people do not experince this horrofying experience.
