Ashley Furniture Let The Buyer Beware Carle Place, New York

I purchased a couch form Ashley furniture in Carle Place NY.
When delivered it wouldn't go into the room I wanted it in, so I refused delivery. I was then told I would be charged a 30% restocking fee and the balance would be issued on a store credit. Since I refused those options I was then told for an additional $150 I could have what they call a knock down in where they would take the couch apart and reassemble it in the room. Since these were as they said my only two choices take it or leave iot I chose to pay the $150.
I was then told I would receive the couch on Sat between 12-4 PM. At 6:00 because I hadn't heard from them, I called the store and was told it is an all day delivery period. I was also told that if I didn't wait I would be charged an additional $150 for reschedulling. They finally came at 7:00 and took til 9:30 to finish the job. My entire day was ruined waiting for them.
I only hope I can save someone else from these inconsiderate theives.
