ASHLEY FURNITURE They deliver a defective sofa worth $1500.00 LOS ANGELES California

I bought a living room set and a bedroom set at ASHLEY FURNITURE IN West Venice Blvd., CA. The day they shipped my living room, my mom notice the spring on the left side of the sofa when you sit is very uncomfortable. I bought that set for her because she is 68 years old. I called in right away and they schedule me after 2 or 3 weeks and up to this time more than a month, i still have that bad sofa. The guy who inspected my sofa stated that there is no problem on the sofa. They said " THE PROBLEM IS COMFORT ISSUE" which they said they cannot do anything. All of us, we buy things because number issue is " GIVE us COMFORT" so why cant they accept the fact that there is a problem with the sofa they deliver. I talk to the sales manager and said cannot do anything, did not say nothing and hang up on me because i was already mad. He even said you can report us to BLOG, YOU TUBE, CONSUMER AFFAIR anywhere i want but the fact remains the same. The sales person promised to much and has not done anything. I even have a warranty and they said it is not covered.
