The rebuttal wherein the lady defends herself is written by another lady, but not the culprit as culprit cannot write proper english. Stop protesting so much, you know what you do and as far as hiding behind being a Christian, puleeez. Lying, cheating and posing as someone you are not is unchristian. The lady (?) who wrote the rebuttal to the many suffering people enjoys inflicing pain ,just as much as the lady in question. I believe I have the right to defend myself. Anyone living in our community is perfectly aware of who is being defamed and threatened in this Ripoff Report.

A lot of allegations have been made in this rant. Everyone should know that this is public information and that I am more that grateful to any and all who are willing to take the time to investigate the truth. A lie can travel around the world before the truth has time to put its boots on, and this is what we are dealing with here.

I am sorry that not every homeowner can be satisfied and often the one who screams the loudest is in fact the problem. Threats of being run down by cars are police matters. If this actually occurred, why were the police not informed?

Threats that I should be "elminated" suggest someone who has been watching too many episodes of The Sopranos.

It is not my nature to besmirch others as my goal in life is to build up individuals and communities that can by respected and enjoyed. It is very sad that we have to resort to the public arena to defend what can at best be the pilot for a sit-com.

So much of the allegations are untrue that it is difficult to know where to start. In order comply with the guidelines of Ripoff Report, may I refer you to the Charleston County Court and Circuit Court Ninth District records for the actual facts, how the case evolved and the outcome, all absolving the Homeowners Association and myself personally of any wrong-doing whatsoever.

We welcome all who take the time to visit our gorgeous community and apologize for those few bad apples that insist upon trying to ruin it for everyone else.

I have been a volunteer community advocate since 1990. I have been working tirelessly ever since. As a Christian, it is not ethical for me to blow my own trumpet. My record of service speaks loudly enough. I do not need to stand on a pulpit of self-righteous indignation and certainly don't need to create unpleasantness, even if, as a public servant, I am required to listen to it and cannot hide behind the llth Amendment which allows others to slander and libel and threaten me for a pastime.

We think you are the guy who went to Small Claims Court, as best friend of the boss lady, who was sworn to tell the truth, but for 20 minutes went on and on about the many may happy phantom tennis players on the court. HaHa. The judge was entranced by your flailing of the arms and laughing hysterically with every lie you told. I think it helped win the case for the defendant. The tarmac is too dangerous for tennis and from personal observation the courts have been locked and unused for years. Maybe you should look at the books kept by the boss lady to find how many people paid...somehow no reported income appears on the statements. Liar liar pants on fire. You don't know what the truth is. .
You need a hobby .... as you spend so much time helping boss lady; maybe help some poor people here with a little painting or grass cutting instead of telling lies. A pox on you jerk. Why don't you move?

The rebuttal filed by this Ex-Employee is questionable. First, there are no employees of the so-called HOA. Every piece of propaganda generated by this organizations commeds all the volunteers for their hard work...lol. What do they do? The only thing I've seen from any of them is attendance at a meeting once per quarter that only they attend (a dozen loyal followers out of 200+ residents), and filing liens against those who know better. We had a gorgeous pond that was drained out of spite and stayed a mud hole for almost two years on the pretence of being done because of a drainage problem. According to DHEC and the Corps of Engineers no one ever contacted them regarding the pond and yet the claim was that the HOA was working with them....what's wrong with this picture?

This ex-employee has attacked a resident for filing a complaint and unfortunately, he has attacked the wrong resident. This is also par for the behavior of board members and officers.

I might also like to add the only "employee" of the HOA is the now president, former treasurer who adds $100 charge on the bottom of each lien as payment for representing the HOA in court. Where does this money go? Her pocket or the till for the HOA? No one knows - a full accounting has never been given to anyone.

It seems there are a few satisfied persons in Ashley Villas, but they are very few. Most of us do not like police showing up saying they smell drugs, or Animal Control who will not name accuser, stating they saw your dog do poopy in someone's front yard (not true) or not having an audited statement of where close to $300,000.00 has gone in 12 years. No, many of us feel sad for a neighborhood obviously in decline because no money has gone towards improving it. The henchmen say they provide safety and cleanliness, but we pay taxes for police and trash collection. Perhaps the biggest criminals are the so called board. How sad that the few favored by the boss lady are provided with titles that mean nothing. Does it not seem peculiar to you that the boss lady has been running the show from the beginning and why won't she give up to alllow fresh ideas to help improve the neighborhood. Can you imagine running for office, the President screaming in the street, "over my dead body, you will not be on the Board. Pretty frightening isn't it. An empty shell of a building with a sign in front "Community Center", all spiffy on the outside, but just a defunct dressing and toilet area for the pool the boss lady had filled in. I guess the HOA is like that too, showy with power, but empty sad and not very nice on the inside.

You are a sad and pitifull individual who cannot see what is before you.

Malicious comments like the ones mentioned in "reports" filed by Olha from Charleston, South Carolina are without any substance or merit. For fans of fiction, you may find this makes good reading, although you would have to love the rants and ravings of a woman who has nothing better to do.

Fortunately having lived in this neighborhood for 25 years you get to know what is going on. This is a wonderful neighborhood and the restrictive covenants help keep it that way. The covenants were in effect many years before she blessed us with her presence. Overtures and accommodations have been made but she is just plain nasty. What a shame that someone would move into a neighborhood start off complaining about everything and never (I mean NEVER) show any interest in improving the neighborhood, just complaining about it.

This will be my only rebuttal. I just want her to know we all feel sorry for her and if nothing else, her reports are a perfect example of a rip-off.
