ashleys rac rent a center rip off from the get go victoria, Texas

I pirchased a seally king size bed from ashleys but dod not get approved,so they said they had that rac rent where they well allow is to get what we needed,so we did.well we have had it iy a year and six months,we bought this bed cause my husband works for rigs and long hoirs and wanted a nice comfy bed to come home to after long hard work nights,well a month into having them i called ashely and told them that we are in hole on each side that why if they were new.manager then told me well did you purchase extended warany i was like you didnt ask and arnt they warranted through yal she said no rudley and then o told her well what do i do she then said well did you take off plastic i said yes she said if they have stains i said no she said well if it has one little stain company well not warranty it was like no,i was again like well we got it from you,well you pick up and give us another she said no had to be by manufacture.i got mad and left cause she did not say how or what i can do,she was the rudest person ever.well i called corpus Christi and told them what was going on the guy said wow im sorry i well try calling them and see what we can do.well like a week later i called what was the vedict he said well she said there os a form you need to fill out and send to mattress company and i was like and she couldn't tell me that when i was there..he said she was verry rude to me too.i was then really pised cause she was so unprofessional.i then went on my next payment and asked her well what are we gonna do aboit the beds im paying197.00 a month on something so uncomfortable then ill give it back she was like we'll we dnt take used beds back and we well pit you in the credit bureau i was like this is a rwnt acenyer thing why would yal do that rent is to be abble to give back if we can't afford it for thay we could of gone to any rwn a center ace,i have rented from before and have never heard of such a thing..well she said well we my hisband said just figure out what to do about bed and just keep paying cause we are trying to buy a hoise and that would just look good on our Credit so we paid and i then told her her again what can i do isnt there a paper i have to fill ouy she said yea,but it cant have no stains or they well not replace she said go home get a stick and pit over bed so they can see we're lumps are on bed and it has to be more then 3" for them to do something i was like what why do i have to do it you send yoir workers i dnt know how and how well i send pics they should so they can put them in compiter and send to them..well she like nope you have to .well i came home and saw o.e small litte light yellowish stain not dark nor big but i was like she said not one really who is not gonna take off plastic iy annoying to have a bed with that on well i did not submit cause off what she said.i then the next month payment told her i told her well i what is my pay of she said 900.00 from 1600 we were never ever late for a year and a half and i started faling more and more in awhole through the months and i just didnt wanna pay on them anymore but did not wanna lose all we have paid so got behind a bit trying to think what to do give them up or keep paying cause regardlesa we gave them back we lost all that money and they still pit that whole amount on yoir credit..and they keep there merchindise so who losses out but us.i then asked her last month what is my pay off she said 1000 something i was like 6_7 months ago i asked that you said 7 something and you wrote it down she said yea but thats if you would off paid it then,i was like what! I just lost paper cause i gave my car away to not have the payments and i took out all the paper work and my recite was in there think i threw them but still looking for that bag :/ well anyways i told her 1000,so how many months is that she said well you still owe 11 payments thats monthly think about it thays not a 1000 and she just told me a 1000 @i was like why 11 when you just said what you said she said thats only if you pay think i have paid 197.monthly for one year and aix months pluse another 11 months she wants thays almost 8,000 for this account like this bed was never worth it feom day one..and i told her im not paying this month i well let you know what we are gonna do.well i have ivnored there call but answer at times but still undecided what to do..i dnt wanna let them go cause so far ww have paid almost six thousand and feom day one they were no good..not that i want them cause i love sleeping on it but we've lost so much on them to give them back cause of there unprofessional act..also we had never been late if they go back and check rhey well see we were never ever late till we started feeling ripped off more and more like 3 mnths ago,so i did not pay for oct and its due nov.15 well one month late but still answered there calls but told them ill h*o in..but did not cause again undecided..well today they came to my door the mmanager and i guess some guy to pick up bed,well i was baby sitting and they were asleep and i heard loud banging not knocking it was like if the cops were trying to bring down the door to some fugitives, it then proceded to back door and i was like well no one comes to the front soor cause parking is in back so i was like i dnt know who it is i had kids here and wasnt about to open the then came again to front and again the pounding began again i was like these kids are gonna wake up crying everything was off cause it was like 9:00 _9:30 am and i had nothing on and i was like please dnt let them wake up kids and one starts too cry i was like please dnt cry i didnt know who was at door it could of been a bad person.well they then left and it was ashleys rac i then heard a girl and a guy walking away i heard hi heals and i then looked oit window,un marked white truck so why they come in that if thwy want someone to open door especially wirh that kind of husband then called them when i called and told him what happen he was like what he then called them they were lucky he wasnt ther cause he would of gone out with a bat and started beating whoever was pounding on oir door on him see how they like it.she said well thays there job,really i thought knocking was is what they are supposed to do,ahe said well we well pit theft charges on you then,what aboit what yal have stold from me all these months plus now you wanna pick up a bed you said you would not take back in the beginning now that weve lost almost 6,000 before it had been two three payments in when we told her if they wernt gonna do anyrhing about getting us a bed worth oaying and slewping on then take them her exact word were we didnt give you a used bed we well mot take a used bed back,well first off it felt like a used bed from the firat month and second why want the bed now that we have paid so much...i just think we were ripped off from the start also manager has no morals,she is rude,i told one girl that that works wirh her and she said to her wel i get my payment dnt i..when i call..verry un professional.
