I recently open a seller account on amazom.ca and started to list my item but after posting some items I noticted that the item condition I select to list items is open box but when it advertisted on amazon.ca it automatically become New (which is another different condition),knowing that we suspend all our listings on amazon and contect them about this issue (in the meantime some of items was already sold and shipped) and one of the client open refund claim using the same thing that item condition was not advertised properly

Amazon customer support gives me lolly pops ,lied too many times to call again ,but dont have any solution to that problem for 19 days that if i am advertising an item as open box how it automatically become brand new on their website.one of their associate told me that the claim against you will remain open till the solution of this problem and we will not refund buyer anything as you have already reported this to us as our own system issue but gess what happen ,after 18 days they refund money to buyer telling me that i am on fault,their support told me in the end even our system is buggy and it has issues its sellers responsibility to check everything and we are not responsible even if our system is flawed and automatically change any field seller select on the time of posting

And the funny part is that ater all this lying fraud and drama the problem is still there and they dont have any solution for that (till 18th december 2012).

I request any lawyer if any case be filed against amazon over this fraud ?,i ask other sellers to contect me too experiencing the same issue as i am sure a very large number of sellers will be experiencing this fraud from amazon for a long time
