THIS IS A SCAM.
THEY DON'T HAVE A PROBLEM CHARGING YOUR CREDIT CARD.
THEY WON'T GIVE YOU THE MINUTES YOU HAD PAYED FOR.
IT IS A SAD THING WHEN YOU HAVE TO RIP A CUSTOMER OFF TO MAKE MONEY.

I am an employee of this company. I don't know the specifics on this issue. You must have given a different name to the representative than what you used to sign up. We only allow one person per account and they must be able to verify who they are. We understand people want a level of privacy when speaking to a Psychic because of the way Psychics are viewed by the majority. I am sorry you have had such an experience, if you would like to email me on this situation I will see if i can help.

A "psychic" scamming people - WAKE UP! They are all con artists and scammers. Stop wasting your money on these losers.
