ASP, GOVIOS asp I bought the dental discount from asp and got the govios cell phone and now the onwers are in jail, being charged with fraud. and i am out the money i spent. overland park, Kansas

I signed up for the dental discount with asp it costed me like $99 to sign up and with it you get a govios cell phone with 500 minutes a month but it costed like $30 to activate the phone.  All was well until one day my phone stopped working and when you call my number it says it has been disconnected so i tried to call the customer service number it is disconnected, their web sites are out of service. So i have been researching it on the internet and find out that the owners are in jail for fraud and they have my account information because i gave them permission to take my payments directly out of my account. And I am out the money I spent on this dental discount program and all the money i spent on the phone. What am I suppose to do?
