Aspen Dental Stay Away! Belle Vernon Pennsylvania

Stay Away from this place!

Aspen Dental is only concerned about making money, and NOT the patient.

The salesperson will attempt to razzle, dazzle, and lure the patient with her inappropriate and unprofessional dress attire; before giving the prospective patient an extensive "laundry list" of things that "they believe" need to be done with your teeth; which will normally include everything from fillings, crowns, root-canals, and complete teeth makeovers...adding up to thousands of dollars!!!

It's highly evident that she is only thinking of her commission.

The receptionist Melissa gave her clinical diagnosis/ opinion over the phone with respect to the "root" problems within my mouth! Unreal!!!

I share similar experiences with those who have posted on this site with respect to billing issues (over-billed, double-billed), as well as shoddy workmanship performed by these so-called "dental professionals".

Additionally, it appears as if though one of Aspen's policies and procedures is to "shield" or "insulate" the Dentists from speaking "one on one" with the patient...which means that if a patient needs to speak with the Dentist with regards to work which needs to be performed (or has been performed), it is IMPOSSIBLE to get in contact with them!!!

Messages left with the receptionist will more than likely never reach their destination.

Therefore, forget about trying to speak to one of their dental "specialist".

I suggest that others do the same.
