Aspen Dental, Dr. Lee of Aspen Dental Pulled tooth that did not need to be pulled, made bad partial denture that cut my mouth, lied about billing Largo Florida

Apsen dental lied to me about billing, they did not listen to my issue with the bad temp partail they made, they pulled a tooth that did not need to be pulled (told me it had to be done to make the partial fit).

I went the in may 2015 to find out about my 3 front teeth that were bad (I got in an accident years ago and they were loose ever since) They told me to pull all of my teeth and get a denture, I said no, a partial would be fine. They made upa bill for over 11,000 dollars, I told them I just want the partial and maybe later I would get other things done, She said fine, and made a new bill, staing I pay for about $450.00 and the insurance would pay the rest, I asked 4 or 5 times, this will cover everything the teeth pulling and the permanent partial, she said yes over and over again. and added that I would get a temp partial while I was awaiting the permanent one. So gave her my insurance card and about $450.00.

On May 16th, they pulled 4 teeth, 3 in frnt and one in back (that did not need to be pulled, but was doe "s the patial wold fit"). and gave me the temp partial. Then I was told in 6 months after my mouth healed, I would be able to get the permanent one, Thinking nothing if it I left (I ofund out later, that other dentists do not make you wait 6 months).

The partial cut my tngue on the right side, so I only wore it when I left home. My next appt and mentioned t, they said it was not cutting my tongue, it was just part of my mouth healing and made another appt for me for an adjustment.

I can back again and they took my partial and put goo in it and stuck in in my mouth for 5 minutes and told me not to move. Then they took it away for a while and gave it back to me, I tld them it did not fit in my mouth right, they told me it was part of my healing, I left.

The next month I came back for another "adjustment", they took the partial, put more goo in it, stuck in my mouth for 5 minutes, took it awayand gave it back to me, I told them it did not fit and it was now at an angle in my mouth, they said it was part of heaing, I left.

The next month, same thing, any this tue, the partial was higher than my other teeth so now I have a temp partial that cuts my tngue on the right side is at an angle and sits in my mought higher than my other teeth.

Somewhere is all of this, I got to see the young man who made the partial I told him it did not fit, his reply was "How Long Have YOU Been Doing this?" And went on to inform me that he had been doung this for 4 years and he knew what he was doing. I told him it did not fit right and cut nto my tinure on the right side.

5 months into the nightmare ordeal, and 4 panic attacks later I am in this office again, this time a rude tall skinny tech in jamming a metal peice that is too large into my mouth to get ready to make an impression for permanent partial denture. She chiked me, I told her she choked me, she told me t lie back I told her no, she needed to get a smaller letal thing to put in my mouth. She threw everything down and stomped off. Next thing I now there are 4 people standing over me, ad a very passive aggressive dentist telling me that I have to be nice to his little skinny rude dental assistant.  I told him she had to do a little better jib with her customers. After about 5 minutes of this hellish nightmare, I told them I wanted to leave and finish my service elsewhere as no one in this clinic wiuld listen to me, I asked for my partail which was sitting on the counter gashed up and cracked, and I left.

I went to Aspen dental in Pinellas Park on Park Blvd a week later, n the hine they told me they would complete my dental work, the same dentist owns all the clinics in our area. I went there, a very aggressive blonde came in and told me I had to have thousands of dollars worth of detnal work before I could get my permanent partial, I said no, I just wanted my pernanment partail before my insurance ran out and next yer I would go somewere else to get the job done right, She left, A while later a dentist came in and told me I refused tolet the blonde look at my teeth, I told him she never aksed to look at my teeth she had a clip board in her hand to charge me more money. I told him the other clinic broke my temp partial, he said that is normal and took it away for about 30 minutes. He came back in with a woman, stood over my and tld me I would have to pay the rest of my insurance and 700.00 to get my permanent partial, I said the other lady told me I prepaid for everything. they left and came back with partial that did not fit in my mouth and told me I would have to spend about 6,000- 8,000 for teeth cleaning and gum rebuilding to get my partial (which was 700.00 more) I said, I just want my pernaent partail so I can be done with this by the end of the year, I am changing insurance. They left, adn came back wth partial that was resturctered and did not fit in my mouth at all and told me to go back to the other office to straighten out the billing issue then if I wanted to come back I could.

So now I have no teeth and a partial that will not go into my mouth, and a dental office that used up my insurance for the year and refuses to finish the job and will not give me a copy of my bill for what they did.

I contacted my insurance company, and got a copy of what they paid for which was 4 teeth pulled and a partial denture, my costs was to me 258.00, I was charged about 450.00.

I do not know what to do.
