I bought a spray system and a pallet of sealant from them on January 4th 2013. Today is April 15 2013 and I still do not have what I paid for. The equipment finally arrived on Jan 18th and we tried to use it within two weeks. On first day we could not get it to work - we were on the phone with Tim (customer support) for hours trying everything he suggested. After three hours of trying it looked like it was working using only water up till then.
As soon as we tried using the sealant after we added the water according to their instructions it would quit. Try again, then it quits, you get the picture. Back on the phone and at the end of the day Tim was not returning phone calls anymore. I contacted them the next day and told them I want to return the machine, its not working, I wasted a whole day and now we have to complete the job by hand. After we finished the job after two weeks I shipped the machine back on my dime, and asked for a refund.
I spoke to Subrina a number of times and then finally Angela. Up till this time the people were cordial and helpful, well it came to a screeching halt! She informed me there is no refund, because I used the machine. I was wondering where they find these amazing smart people to figure out how to test a machine without using it. I had them on the phone from day one and we have pictures of us doing the job by hand which now took much longer and we finished it in early April.
Here is the deal, I bought it on January 4th, it is now April 15th, I still do not have any information back from them. They said it was too cold to check the system two months ago and I have been waiting since. The owner, Judson Burdon is living in the Caribean islands somewhere and the banks they used runs offshore in the Islands. I contacted the umbrella company and have not heard from them.
