Aspire Visa Rip-off Unprofessional customer service Atlanta Georgia

In spite of repeated phone calls (being put on hold forever) to this company and repeated promises that they would take care of my problem. I am still waiting. I was never permitted to talk with a supervisor or a credit councellor. I don't believe they know what they are.
Since May of 2002 (Today's date is 3/15/03) I have been trying to find out why they closed my account.

Repeatedly I have been told a letter will be in the mail immediately. And the next week when I do not get a letter I call again only to be told they will send out a letter.

Finally I wrote a letter to them calling for a letter of explaination and personally telling them I wanted my account closed and did not want to do busines with them. (Of course I had paid the account off).

This company has the worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune to do business with. A complaint has been filed with the National BBB. (http://www.bbb.org)
If you are not involved with Aspire, my advise don't waste your time and if you are involved dump them ASAP
