Aspire fradulent billing. fradulent charges after card was paid in full RIPOFF Atlanta Georgia

We paid Aspire visa the entire payoff amount quoted to us on August 12, 2005. $2,404.00 We have recieved a bill from the stating that we owed them $2,406.96. but that they recieved the $2,404.00 payment. since we owed them $2.96, they charged us a finance charge of $38.00 due on the 16th of September! We attempted to call them to resolve the charges and they hung up on us about 5 times. To make a phone payment it would cost $15.00. They said that we could pay online for no charge. There is no website to pay online. These people are horrible. They should be ashamed of what they do to honest people.
