Sent me a letter trying to collect on an old At&t bill that was 4 years old and I no longer owe. I called them up and when I told the lady who answered I didn't owe this bill, she kept telling me I did and just wouldn't listen to any explainations. She also stated that Assetcare inc would take 40% of the amount owed and settle the account. This co. is a rip-off and take my advice; Don't send these people any money.

Asset CareASSETCARE,INC/ NCO Divisions/ NCOP Divisions/ Credittrust/ Inovisions/ Medcir They call several times a week and leave a recording that my son owes a co. and they have sent a letter that they will settle for 50% of 368.32. I called and they are hatefull and I paid one bill last year to this co. This is not on his credit report and assetcare said it was over 9 years old and still open. Their is no such bill. It is too long to still be open anyway! Why is the USA allowing Box 15379/Dept 17Box 15379/Dept 17 Wilmington Delaware
