Assurance Plus ripoff dishonest and fraudulent, said i would recieve a full refund within 6 months of cancelation of service Phoenix Arizona

I was introduced to Assurance plus thru a friend. I was disatisfied with the service guarantee that I would make easy money within months. I did not recieve any revenue from Assurance plus nor did i gain any progress thru the use of their services. They guaranteed that i would recieve a full refun after 6 months of the cancellation date. I cancelled my plan on January 27, 2007 and was supposed to recieve a full refund on March 15. That date has come and gone with no refund. I am fed up and are soon to file civil lawsuit if nothing is resolved.
