SEO Reputation Management at its best!

This crappy company gives us 250 "FREE" text messages each month, thinking they are doing us a huge favor because we are low income. They quickly use up our "FREE" text minutes with a little game called "let's send each text message TWICE and tell the customer that it's their fault for pressing the SEND button more than once".

Then, the next part of this scam is to encourage our low income customer to UPGRADE their phone so they don't "ACCIDENTALLY" press the SEND button twice. So the low income customer foolishly believes their scam and spends money they can't afford for a new phone. Only guess what? Most of the text messages get sent twice AGAIN. The stupid Foreigners (where are they from? Phillipines? I sure can't understand a word they say) claim their records don't show any such thing happening. Perhaps I am crazy? Maybe my doctor needs to adjust my medications?

They have another fun game called: Top Up. This game is designed to empty your pocketbook as quickly as possible so that you are actually spending as much in this LOW INCOME program as you would with any other mobile phone service. You see, once your 250 free minutes are gone in 3 days, you have to "top up". You think you can get by with $5 for another 250 minutes. But again, they will send many of your text messages twice to consume your time. Then you pay $20 for another top up. But you didn't CALL THEM to "convert" the minutes, whatever that means. You foolishly did it online or through theirautomated service. Nowhere on their site does it explain that this "conversion" needs to take place. It is their secret scam to rid you of your money. By month's end you will have spent at least $30 to get minutes that will be taken away from you long before you have used them, only to start the whole process over again. I have reported them to the FCC and hope that a class action suit is brought against them. Now if we can only get something started for Obamacare because I don't qualify for Medicaid and I can't possibly afford the "affordable" Obamacare. God Bless this great Country of Ours.
