I was trying to get a cell phone through assurance wireless and I sent in all of my documents through the mail they said they had received them and that I asked him to read me off what documents was needed and when he read them to me he assured me that I had sent in all the right documents so he sais after looking up my application that it was still in pending status but he was sure that I would be approved no problem and to call back in a week I did them he told me when I called back in a week that I was denied because I did not send in all of the proper documents and that I would have to reapply all over again but if I faxed him all the paper work he would speed up my application and I would be approved sooner and he told me a list of what to fax him. I faxed him everything that was on the list of things to fax him because I wrote down what he said to fax him and  he said to call back in a week . I called back in a week to hear that they had received my fax and I had sent all the right information but my application was just waiting to be approved by someone in their approval department and to call back in a couplebof days . I called back in five days only to be told that I was denied for not sending in the proper documents and to reapply again. This time I was told that I was denied  for improper documentation again after I had sent in and faxed everything on the list and thy had acknowledged that they had received both my faxes and my letter with attachment s .I think they are some kind of scam artists who rip people off and unfairly deny people and say they approved them in order to keep the governments money . How else can you keep denying someone who sent in all the proper documents  and did everything that they asked them to ! Someone needs to look into this and find out what was going on here with this company a.s.a.p!
