I purchased 250 minutes a month which does not rollover. 24 hours and 63 minutes left before my new cycle, they deleted my minutes and forced me to purchase another 250 minutes good for only one dayotherwise I would not have phone service for one full day. the new 250 minutes expired 24 hours later and again I had to purchase yet another 250 minutes for the next month. Four customer service reps gave me inconsistant answers as to why my minutes were deleted 24hrs. before the end of my cycle date.  Arrrrg!!!
