Assurant Healthcare Nonpayment of claim/runaround Milwaukee wisconsin

First, was told my policy contained one thing -- found out did not when daughter had to go to emergency room.

Secondly, have been trying for over a year to get an emergency room claim paid -- multiple phone calls to them, always told health facility had not sent records.  They have requested records from every healthcare facility in the city and told today -- over 1 year later, they still do not have records they requested.  When I have contacted the hospital, they have dates of when these records were sent.

I believe that this company just wants to string things out long enough that maybe the customer will go away and just pay the bill themselves, thereby saving them having to pay the claim.
