Assurant, Inc city Assure city Assure, will not repair or replace my laptop, Internet

I have a HP laptop Pavilion dv 6000 serial # CNF6512VT7 . I bought it from circuit city on feb,13,2007 with four years warranty and I paid almost $ 450.00 for the warranty. I've sent this laptop to city assure a couple of times and the fixed it. but on jan,7 ,2011. I had problem with it I called them and they open an Incident # (18962629) and asked me to take it to Radio shack as always .I did when I took it there my laptop was in GOOD condition even the worker at radio shack checked it and she noted in the system that the condition was Good.


few days later I find on city assure web site the service was denied .I called to find out they said central depot is the company they use for repair said their received the laptop with physical damage and they took some pictures and sent it to city assure .


I told them that my laptop was in GOOD condition they asked me for a proof I have radio shack receipt wich it says on it the condition I faxed it and emailed it to them on jan ,14,2011 since then they tell me they can't tell if they received it or not. I kept calling every other day I spoke to Rosy, Debby, the Manager Renee, and Bryn. all they tell me we are sorry and we apologies but we need to hear from our resolution team. then on jan,24,2011 they told me they received the fax and now within 24-48 hours someone from resolution team or customer relation will be contacting me


Today is feb,5th. and no one has called me. I keep calling them all they say we apologies we know it's frustrating but someone will call you (WHEN????)


I really need my laptop back either fixed or replaced I paid over $1,200.00 for it and $ 450.00 for warranty.

this company doesn't respect their customers I even left a survey on their automatic phone service 2 weeks ago the machine said someone will call me, and no one did.


I will do whatever it takes to write reviews and have my legal advised take some action to aware the public from such bad bad company.
