Sunday morning 8am in New Zealand i get a phone call from a women telling me that i've won a free trip for myself and 3 other people for 15 days included a 7 day cruise in the bahamas and other exciting events
I was a bit skeptical about it as ive never won anything as big as what she said, she wanted to confirm a few things and then passed me to "Reggy" aka Reginald Denad Doby, who was in there security department and wanted my credit info, and said that it wil cost me $998 USD for booking reasons and that this package will be held for 18 months and was only for confirmation.
He was very pushy and in the end at my fault i gave him my credit details he then explained that i will get the package within 7-10 days (fortunatly i only had a minimum limit which was only NZD $500)he then said the trasaction declined and i said to him you only wanted it to confirm my details, the scammer.Ive called my bank who advised that they tried to take out $1483.55 NZD which declined hahaha, then again $741.77 and that declined too, suckers
Anyway ive blocked my card and i said to Reggy to call me Monday and i will have the money for him (only so i can track the scammers and give them a piece)
Please RIP OFF please help consumers nail these people and let them fry, how dare they play with peoples emotions and finances
ive learnt my lesson "DONT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS TO ANYONE " trust your gut.
Ive tracked down to where theyve got my details and it was on a share file webpage "bearshare" which offers the bahamas travel.
