Astor Marine sold me a used boat. could not get it to start, once home. they have boat and my money. will not refund it. Astor Florida

I bought a used boat at Astor Marine on 7-26-04.Has a 30 day warranty on engine except electrical. I test drove it and was satisfied. On Thursday, 7-29-04 I tried to use the boat. I got it started in the driveway and then headed to boat ramp. It woud not start. After all attempts to star it, I returned the boat to Astor Marine, hoping to get my money back. They refused, said they would fix it or give me credit for it. As they had no boats in the $4000.00 price range that I paid for the boat, I asked for my money back. No way they said. So now they have my $4000, and the boat. It needs a starter which they have to order, then fix the boat, then deliver the boat to me. Who knows when that might be. So I have no boat, never had the boat in the water, and they have my money and the boat. Something does'nt seem right.
