initialy found this company advertising in a low cast franchises avaialable internet ad, called them and they made a lot of promises regarding how easy it was to make money and how much and that they would train us and help us get clients and on and on ,  I made the mistake of giving them my credit card #s two of them which on one of them they charged over $500.00 without my permission, once they got all the money $3500.00  they were hard to get ahold of and never retruned calls, the writing was on the wall I returned their flyers and one unit to them in 25 days and asked for a refund, no one would retun my calls so I called my two credit card companies Jupitor and Capitol one to recinde charges and he bold faced lied to them and said I had not returned the merchandise and my 30 day grace period had lapsed and they should not refund my monies, I was Furious this guy David Rocco Fudoli is the biggest lier scam artist in the country , as a result of his well structered lies the credit card companies refused me even after I sent them proof and letters from other people this guy has scamed, I hired a P.I. to check him out he does not even have the company in his name it's in his girl freinds name a Nancy Lara @ ***** **** *** ******, **. ***** the companies principal address is PO box 2751 Winnelka, Ca. 91396 David Fudoli lists his co. address as 6911 Remmet ave. Canoga Park , ca. 91303 he has an arrestt record and has had his offices raided twice by the feds for tax evaision and employee miasapropriation of emplyee taxes and the list goes on ,  this guy is a lier and a theif and a class A scam artist I'm not the only one he has scamed there are countless others. I'm still not done with him the best is yet to come to all of you whom he has scmed know this the nest person he is going to have to lie too is th I.R.S. you see mr David Rocco Fudoli has a bussiness in Belize that he forgot to tell the I.R.S. about and there is more , Ill let the rest be a surprise.
