Asurion Insurance Scam Dont ever do business with this company Asurion Insurance, California

I had a Motorola droid replaced in July, 6 months ago, the power button felt a little funny when when i got the replacement from asurion, but i  kept it and now 6 months later the power button is completely inoperable. I called asurion about my issue and the told me that the 12 month warranty only covers internal problem not "physical issues"and that my 12 month warranty was voided. Really. So i would have to pay another $100 for a crappy refurbished phone that probably has some sort of issue as well. All i can say is stay away. save your money.
