Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

I order over 100$ worth of articles from this company over a week ago. Since i dint received the tracking # ( as stated on their website) i called them up but it was always a voicemail. Left several messages, e-mails but to no avail. Then i found out that im not the only customer ripped off by them! It 's a shame. Good thing i paid via paypal! At least they dont have my info. BEWARE

Our company initiated the refund.

If PayPal were to resolve the dispute, it would've taken two to three months.

You received an immediate refund because our team issued it as soon as we saw that you requested one.

Please note that you placed an international order and requested a refund in under one week from the time of purchase. Even if you had waited, it takes longer than that to ship internationally. You cannot contest that you received an immediate refund upon request; therefore, please stop trying to drag our name through the mud.

This is not true. Nobody contacted me after i left several messages and e- mails. I never got a notice saying that the item was back ordered. Only after i opended a dispute via paypal did i get and answer. Qthat s why i only use paypal to purchase online...if there s an issue at least they can fix it

Customer purchased back-ordered item; received full refund immediately upon request.

This customer purchased an item that was on back-ordered status due to an issue with the manufacturer of the product. We informed the customer that they would need to wait a little longer (one to two weeks) to receive their order, or could receive an immediate refund.

As the customer requested a refund, they received it immediately, in accordance with our customer service policies. Out of our thousands of customers, we have kept 99.9% of them satisfied; the ones who are not are able to get immediate refunds upon request.
